It looks like he is thinking something.  Might be he is thinking how to get rid of his problems. The man in the picture is Reece Simpson. A British filmmaker and actor Kayode Ewumi created this character and named it as a.k.a. Roll Safe. He’s the hero of Hood Documentary.

The Origin of Thinking Meme (Roll Safe):

Roll Safe meme was originated in June 1st, 2016 by the BBC Three YouTube channel. It was based on a Hood Documentary series. Within short period of time this video gained so many likes and comments on YouTube. The Roll Safe image or thinking Meme is mostly associated with the jokes insulting poor judgment and failures in intellectual thoughts.
